Permanently delete the Facebook account will completely remove and purge all personally identifiable information associated with the Facebook account from Facebook database. This includes information like name, email address, mailing address, and IM screen name. However, do note that copies of some material (photos, notes, etc.) may remain in Facebook servers for technical reasons, but this material is disassociated from any personal identifiers and completely inaccessible to other users.

Facebook users who want to get rid of Facebook once and for what, and do not think that he or she will use Facebook again, Facebook provides a way to delete the account. Once Facebook account is deleted, it’s impossible to reactivate the account or retrieve any of the content or information previously associated in the account. There is no option for recovery once Facebook account is deleted.

Follow the steps:

1. To delete a Facebook account, log in to the Facebook account, and then submit the “Delete My Account” at

2. Click on Submit button. Enter the password to confirm it’s your account, and the captcha security spam check. Then click on Okay button. An email will be sent to indicate that the Facebook account will be deleted in 14 days.

During the deletion period of 14 days , don't make use of any Facebook service and don't login to your facebook account. Otherwise your account will not be deleted.

How to automatically Log Out of Facebook?

Hiii friends..................this time i am here with an add on which automatically log out of Facebook.

Now a days people are addicted to Facebook.Most of time they accidentally leave themself signed in to the social network. And this cause a threat to their privacy.Situation become more worse when we use our account on public PC like in cyber cafe or in computer labs of colleges.

Thanks to  a Firefox add-on called Facebook Auto-Logout, which help us to solve this problem.

A very simple and easy to install add on, once installed on your Firefox browser, it will automatically log you out of Facebook after a predefined period of inactivity, when you close the browser window. To use this add on you have to delete all cookies from your Firefox browser, so you’re not logged in anymore and not traceable at least by these cookies.

 

1. Download and Install Facebook Auto Log out Addon on your Firefox Browser.

2. Once the installation is complete, The add-on is enabled by default. You can change the setting from the Addon manager. To chage the auto-logout time on your facebook, just go to Add-ons, then Options next to Facebook Auto-Logout. Change the number in the box near the bottom.

That’s it, now you will get the notification on your desktop when you have been logged out of Facebook by the add-on. The log out delay and notification options are configurable in the preferences menu of the Add-on Manager.
